If this sounds like you, we could have a new home for you.  Benjamin Obdyke is seeking a motivated market development manager to join our team to support the New England market (ME, NH, VT, MA).  The market development manager is responsible for “hunting and gathering” – identifying new sales targets and jump-starting new relationships. This role is also responsible for timely and effective follow-up for leads generated by marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be able to interact effectively across the channel of influence: from building professionals to dealers.  The market development manager will work closely with a regional manager to identify, nurture, and capture opportunity in the New England market.

MUST-HAVES: “there’s nothing we can’t do” attitude, 3 years of sales experience, ability to provide engaging presentations, ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, valid driver’s license with clean driving record, and fluent in Microsoft office: Word, Powerpoint, Outlook. Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Ability to take the work seriously, but not yourself.
