Benjamin Obdyke is looking for an energetic, self-motivated marketing and sales coordinator to be “the rock” of our sales and marketing departments. This role is essential to our day to day operations – supporting inbound customer requests, online storefront order entry and tracking, and providing “front-line” phone support for our team. This role also supports marketing driven activities such as event planning, tradeshow logistics, promotions, and customer initiatives.

MUST-HAVES: “there’s nothing we can’t do” attitude, degree or relevant experience in customer service, marketing communications or related field, service-focused, relentlessly positive, and fluent in Microsoft office: Word, Powerpoint, Outlook. Willingness to travel up to 5%.

Ability to take the work seriously, but not yourself.

BONUS POINTS! event planning and execution experience, building-industry experience, skills in Microsoft Excel and Adobe acrobat, experience with customer relationship management software (CRM), and experience with order entry/ERP systems.
